WBA Carpets & Blinds aim to dispatch parcels within 7-14 working days via Royal Mail. There can be some delay during busy periods, but you will be notified of this as soon as possible. If you have not received your order within the expected time frame, please get in touch.
As long as your products are unopened and unused, WBA Carpets & Blinds accept returns within 14 days of receipt of goods.
WBA Carpets & Blinds will happily offer a refund within 14 days of purchase as long as your products are unopened and unused. Refunds will be made within 7 working days from receipt at the return address and they will be made to the original means of payment.
Please note that you must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted/exchanged goods. You are advised to send it via Track & Sign as WBA Carpets & Blinds are not responsible for any lost item.
